I've been made an aunt for the sixth time! Baby boy came last night at 8:30 PM on his actual due date. 7 lb 13 oz 21 inches long. No name yet. Mom (my little sister), dad, and older brothers (3 and 5) are doing well. Boys want to name him either Red Ninja or Black Marble!!

Congratulations aunt purple!!!!

Maybe Purple Ninja would be a better name. At least there is a family connection.

Congrats! Being an auntie is awesome and you are 6x blessed!

Funny about the names. When I was pregnant with DD, DS said he wanted to name her Pinocchio (his favorite movie at the time). When I told him she was going to be a girl he said, 'Okay then we can name her Pinocchia!'

Congrats Auntie PJ!!
I think all little kids should be able to name their new siblings. It would be a much more interesting world of names if they did

Many congrats Aunt PJ!

I think all little kids should be able to name their new siblings. It would be a much more interesting world of names if they did .

I actually let my middle girl name our baby. She at first wanted Tootiehead or Eyeball, and then we told her it needed to be a name we could all agree on, she excitedly shouted " I know, I know! How about Gabriella?!" We loved it and Gabriella she became. We call her Bella and she was born 11-11-11 :)

I originally joined SI as a way to help my best friends find ways of coping with infidelity, but now infidelity has touched my family much closer to home.

Another vote for Black Marble! Although I will definitely keep "Eyeball" in mind, in case I am ever asked to suggest a baby name.

Congrats, PJ.

Congrats, pj4. What lucky little kids to have you for an aunt!

Did you know that 3 sets of parents named their sons Cheese last year? And, no, I don't think it was little kids naming their sibs.

Congrats, Auntie!

That's fabulous news!

I'm partial to the name Peyton for obvious reasons.

Congratulations!!! So does Aunt Purple get a shot at the naming rights since no other names have made the cut? I think you should hint at that...

My DD wanted to name her baby brother Taco when he was born. I'm really digging the Tootiehead someone's child came up with... now that my kids are 12 and 9, I am sure that Tootiehead is an accurate description of how DD sees her brother!
