I just read every single Q&A from the BS to the fWS found in the Healing Library. I got so much out of it. I would not have been able to read it last year at this time and perhaps not even 6-8 months ago. Time, time, time.

I've read the three FAQ's probably 50 times each. At different moods each can help.

This site has been a life saver. Sometimes the forums might put you in a nasty place, but those faqs are spot on.

Sounds like you might also like the book "How to help your spouse heal from your affair"
