I feel so empowered. I've been in a state of limbo since October when I asked x to move out. He said all sorts of things to keep me hoping. Fellow SIers told me he was hoovering. How right you all were. It finally came out on Friday that he had no intention of giving the other woman up, but he also wanted me. Well not any more!
No more cake eating. I've just sent x an email stating that we should only have contact if it is related to DS & I'll let him know when I have the house up for sale as we have to split that.

At the moment I feel great - I know this feeling won't last but I'm enjoying it whilst it does.

Good for you. It hurts like hell but you are strong and took backyour power over how you choose to live your life. He doesn't get to put you in limbo hell anymore.

Bravo bravo!! Continue to contact only through email regarding DS and finances only. For me, NC allowed me to heal faster. Yay for hangingonin's empowerment!!

Thanks for your support. Reality is now hitting home. Euphoria didn't last long. I'm off to see how much of a mortgage I can get later this morning. Will probably burst into tears whilst I'm there but never mind. I WILL GET THROUGH THIS!!!

Good for you! For some reason, taking action for ourselves makes us feel a lot better. Hang in there!
