Helpless  Posted: 8:07 AM, March 19th (Wednesday)

I received a call from the nursing home early this morning that the staffing coordinator who was leaving decided to stay so they cancelled my interview. I called the woman I was interviewing with back, she was on rounds so I ended up having to leave a voicemail. I thanked her for the opportunity to come in and interview and I said that maybe they'll keep me in mind if something else should come available.

So, my adventures in job hunting continues...

Thank you.

I'm trying to look at the positive side. I must have tweaked my resume and cover letter just right so that they would notice, so maybe other employers will notice it now, too. Maybe this is just the start of more interviews to come.

One can only hope at this point.
