Can someone please explain to me again, how to post in SPF? Or make it a "sticky" or whatever it is called, so that it stays on top of the forum threads? I LOVE SPF and want to contribute, but I forgot how to post.

To post to SPF, you will need the web address of an image. The image must reside somewhere out on the web and not just on your PC. If you have a picture on your PC that you want to share you'll have to upload it to a photo sharing site. There are several, but I use photobucket.com Copy the web address (AKA URL)

Once you have the web address, check that it ends in a graphical file format like .gif or .bmp or .png or .jpg (or several others). Then go to Post Reply to this Topic link. Once it is opened then hit the image button to the left of the text input box. A prompt will appear asking for the image's URL. Either type it in or paste the link. Hit OK

Now hit the Preview button below the text input box to see if the picture posts correctly. If so then press Submit Message.

I am using Photobucket. I have uploaded a picture.
"Links to share this photo" is giving me four options: Email/IM, Direct, HTML and IMG.
I tried all four but when I hit the "Preview"button my picture doesn't appear. What am I doing wrong?
Also, can you see my Photobucket username when you click on one of my pictures that I posted?

As a follow up to the Raid/Cockroach one on page one.

One of my favorite Bloom County snippets (and obviously...a very early one):

"Tastes Like Grandma’s!” and “Tastes Like Grandma” have two very different meanings.
If you ever plan on selling food overseas, make sure to translate the name forwards and backwards.
You don’t want to advertise rape or cannibalism, no matter how quickly you’d get featured on the nightly news.
