I am getting all of the documents ready to take to the lawyer.
Copies of past taxes, list of assets, and my story. An asst. for another lawyer I was planning on seeing (but didn't, she got promoted to judge), had asked for my story when coming to see the lawyer. So I have made one up for this new lawyer
If this is necessary is the following ok? Or is it too much info?

Got the answer I needed so deleted the story.

My lawyer didn't specifically ask for the story written out but when we first met for a consult I had questions for her and she had some for me. Her questions she asked me pretty much got the story told.

I think that is a little more information than the L will want or need. Just start with that your WS cheated on you multiple times and gave you an STD. If your L wants more details then he/she will ask.

Thanks
I think I will skip this whole page for the paper work to the lawyer.
I didn't want to have to say this verbally.

I will skip any of this and just stick with a simple "infidelity" and nothing else.

I didn't feel comfortable with saying any more. Just wasn't sure if details was needed.
