How fickle my heart and how woozy my eyes
I struggle to find any truth in your lies
And now my heart stumbles on things I don't know
My weakness I feel I must finally show

In these bodies we will live, in these bodies we will die
And where you invest your love, you invest your life
In these bodies we will live, in these bodies we will die
And where you invest your love, you invest your life

Awake my soul
Awake my soul
Awake my soul
For you were made to meet your maker

I love this song!! I had to stop listening to it while I go walking because I almost broke down crying. Thank god at the time it was dark.

Both of their albums. Oh my god, they get me through the days, the weeks, the months.

Their music is so beautiful and profound.

I find "White Blank Page" particularly cathartic!

Can you lie next to her
and give her your heart, your heart?
As well as your body
And can you lie next to her
and confess your love, your love?
As well as your folly
And can you kneel before this king
and say "I'm clean", "I'm Clean"?

But tell me now where was my fault,
in loving you with my whole heart?
Oh, tell me now where was my fault, in loving you with my whole heart?

Her white blank page
and a swelling rage, rage
You did not think when you sent me to the brink, to the brink
You desired my attention, but denied my affections, my affections

I could list all of their songs and quote so many of their lyrics that fit with my life and situation. I love love love them.

OH "I Gave You All" is a great one as well! And "Holland Road"! And and and... stop me now.

"THE CAVE" is excellent for those doing the 180!!

Broken Crown is a good one. My WW said it reminded her of what she did.

Little Lion Man really resonated with me. I swear someone was either cheated on or cheated or both in that band. They really know the pain.

Their album Sigh No More got me through some really tough times.

The songs "The Cave" and "After The Storm" were both really helpful in particular.

Oh man, the first time I ever heard that song I was front row in a very, very small venue (it was a bar!) they were playing at. We weren't too terribly far from Dday, and the lyrics really took me by surprise, as did the amount of emotion the frontman sang with… I totally cried through the whole song.

Their music touched my soul and has been a huge part of my journey especially early on in this hell. On my bucket list is to see them live playing Red Rocks in Colorado. I saw a video of a past performance there and was blown away.

I saw that too. It was fantastic. So funny. Some friends just brought up Red Rocks out of the blue. I think most bands would be fabulous in that setting.

I made "Little Lion Man" my ring tone for a LONG time. Drove my fwh nuts.

In R since shortly after DD.
Discovered what was right in front of him and nearly lost.
