I have Teslet this weekend. So tonight is movie and popcorn night. Tomorrow is grocery shopping. Looks like Sunday is going to be in the high 40's here so I thought it would be fun to go on a mud hike...I'll need to bring lots of towels to cover up the inside of my car

I'll play! Have a 105 mile, totally self-supported, gravel/dirt road bike race tomorrow. And for no extra cost, we get 20-30 mph winds and there's a 60% chance for thunderstorms!

But, no good stories start with, "It looked like it might rain, and i wasn't really prepared, so i decided to stay home..."

Sunday will involve a long-ish run (if i'm not totally incapacitated), and a trip to the grocery store...and then continue to work on my divorce stuff.

I have the bunch and we don't really have any plans. I suspect there will be some cookie baking, though.

It is family karaoke night, playing my DD13's fave boy band, my DD8 and I providing the entertainment... Tomorrow I am running and cleaning, then burgers on the grill (it's red meat Saturday, my favorite day of the week!!) and movie night with my sister and her kids...

and I have a bottle of wine to finish...

I'm going to a fundraising event for our local hospice service, a polar bear plunge in Lake Superior. I'm not plunging (too much heart disease in my family history) - I'm what's known as a chicken plunger. I fund raise and support my plunging proxy, a friend from work. I'm really proud to say I raised $520! Anyway, there will be cold and snow and beer and pizza and a hot tub. What more could you ask for?

Sunday is lazy day. I might go get Wreck it Ralph tho, if I can drag myself off the couch!

Totally forgot... I got "Wreck It Ralph" as a surprise for the bunch a couple days ago. I was going to pull it out tonight. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm home by myself tonight, and I want to see Wreck it Ralph!!! My BF is having movie night with his kids tonight and they are watching that one too.

Tomorrow is house cleaning, do some work, exercise, and The Great and Powerful Oz with friends in the afternoon!

Sunday I have a GF and her two girls coming to stay for a few days.

Xwhs warm weather hours started this week which means him having the kiddos Friday or Sat nights are totally iffy. So, he was going to have them tonight and is still at work, so the kiddos are here. I am totally winging it this weekend, no plans. Wreck it Ralph is good, both my kids love it.

Will probably work on reading "boundaries" tonight.

I need to work on my college application, get My references squared away.

As usual, not much tonight.

Tomorrow, I'm hoping to go to a coffee shop in the city to check papers and write. However, I just found out there is a pre-St. Patrick's Day bar crawl there just about all day and into the night. Not sure I want to be around all the drunk college kids on a Saturday afternoon. So, tomorrow is a bit up in the air.

Sunday, either a meetup brunch or going to the movies. Haven't made final plans yet.

It's been a long week. I've been battling a cold and I think it's winning. So I'm taking it easy tonight - having frozen pizza for dinner and hanging out on the interwebz. Tomorrow I'm meeting my sister for lunch and then we're going over to mom's to take care of whatever it is mom needs taking care of. Somewhere during the weekend I'll do the usual grocery shopping trip and laundry that is my typical weekend excitement.

I'm recovering from my miserable cold and my business trip to New Orleans. I went to the beach this afternoon just to walk and decompress. It was nice, but I got stuck in traffic coming home.

I hope to make it to bodypump class tomorrow--it's been 2 weeks since I've been to the gym because of this stupid cold. I'm still coughing. Bleh.

That's about it; maybe hit the movies to see Oz...

I'll be licking my wounds after a particularly rough week at work and cuddling with the dogs. Maybe I'll read a book and change the oil in my motorcycle.

Just got back from seeing Oz tonite. This is the third date for a friend and me. It is so fantastic to be able to spend time with someone I can actually talk openly and honestly with about just about any topic and to know that she feels the same way. And we text or talk at least 6 out of 7 days each week. We just really enjoy each other's company both in person and on the phone.

Oh and the movie is fantastic, too!!

Tomorrow I'll be helping DD9 write her report for her science fair experiment -extracting DNA from fruits and vegetables. And Sunday is church and relaxing.

My SO and I are installing a tub in our basement. He framed up the room a couple of months ago and I am just now getting the time to put the tub in. Sometimes our lives are far too busy. Tonight we have a few co-workers coming over to play poker which should be a blast.
