Anyone try it? I need to recover some Notes & texts for iPhone4. Does it work better than the Spystick (which was pretty worthless)..? Anyone know..??

I used it and did retrieve some things from his last iTunes update. The information comes from the latest update. Every time they update it wipes out the previous update info. If you are trying to retrieve your own info just don't plug your phone in bc it will automatically update. I'm sorry I just realized every thing I'm talking about has to do with iPhone and Mac. There is an option to gather Microsoft data also.

It shows there is a free trial.

Maybe you could give it a run and report back?

I appreciate your input on the spystick (especially) - deserves a thread-title of its own ("Don't use ss")

hey slip, thanks for the info.. I guess I'm still confused about the 'iTunes update' thing. I've never done an update to my phone on iTunes, and I don't really understand what that even means or how it works. Could someone dumb it down for me..? (lol).. what is the purpose of it, etc...? If I've never 'updated my phone with iTunes' (whatever that means).. does that mean I can see everything on it since the beginning of when I got it?

Guess I need to watch a proper tutorial on it or something...

jj.. If I try it I will let you know. And you're welcome! It really pisses me off that this company gets away with baiting people with false advertising. Basically, they lie. They prey on vulnerable desperate souls and then they give you the slip with the fine print. Whatever happened to groups that used to protect consumers from this kind of thing? They're all gone now I guess....
