I like Ava for a girl. Malachi reminds me of The Children of the Corn (I still have nightmares). Of the other 2- I guess Clarke but I am not wild about it.
I had a tougher time picking out a boy name (I have one of each). Still cannot think of any...

I love Caterina, but how about spelling it Katerina?
Boys names didn't do much for me.

I love Ava but it is too popular. I like Zachary for a boy and also love Lilly, or Sara or even Rose for girls.

What a sweet post, WSt!
You sure must trust all of us here if you'll let us name your baby.
I'll admit I'm not big on Malachi or Caterina, Jr..
So, I'll go with Ava in honor of Ms. Longoria, style icon, and Clarke, which is just...well...masculine and strong.
Best of luck with your little bundle!

Malachi means "my messenger" and/or "Chosen one, God's helper".
I'd be proud to name my child that.

I agree that a girl "Junior" is an awesome idea. There really should be something more formal about it.

Girls:
I like Ava, with your name for her middle name. It sounds so pretty.
And you mentioned Gabrielle....love that, too. How about Ava Gabrielle?
Boys:
Not sure I honestly care for any of them. Nothing jumps out as "Wow, I like that!"
If you like Gabrielle for a girl, how about Gabriel for a boy? Or something like Evan (sounds a bit like Ava)??
You have to remember that although WE may love a name, it's the child who has to ultimately live with it. My parents gave me a very common name, but spelled it in a very funky way. I am constantly spelling it, and it drives me nuts. I gave my kids easy, traditional names so they wouldn't have to spell them!
