Amazon suggested Cooking in the moment to me the other day. I went to my local independent bookseller and purchased it.
It is wonderful! It reminds me a little bit of the Tessa Kiros cookbooks I recommended here before. The photography is beautiful. The recipes are simple, delicious, and easy, and it is based on real food and eating seasonally. The author is Andrea Reusing.
If you love cookbooks, check it out!

I made the Rhubarb-Ginger sorbet and it was out of this world!
Then I made the Warm Slaw and the Potato Salad, both incredible!
This one is a keeper.
