I am definitely in - I will make time one way or t'other (might mean telling my boss to f off) and can provide support on the ground if need be.
2012 pretty much sucked.

Move us up to probable.
Son's schedule is to defend his dissertation in early May, so he won't complete all of the requirements in time to get his hood on 5/19. 
He just wants a decent job - doesn't care about appearing at a graduation ceremony. W & I want both, of course.
