You know it!

Did I ever tell you that when we went to Boston we saw a bumper sticker that said "We don't brake for Yankee fans."

Of course, we laughed.

OMG!!!! What a game!!!

It went into the 11th... We got a homerun in the top of the 11th and then "MO" Marino Rivera came in a got the save!!!

We drove 3 hours to get there.

We were there probably 2 hours longer then planned due to extra innings.

We drove 2.5 hours home...

I'm exhausted but sooooooo glad we went!!!

Funny thing, AN. The only time I saw the Yankees play live was when they played in Shea while Yankee Stadium was being renovated.

Glad you had fun, Jrc! Did somebody get hurt? I heard LD talking about something having to do with baseball. There was NY Ranger talk today too, so I'm not sure.

Unagie, Thems there is fightin' words!!!

Sad, I grew up going to Shea. What a dump, lol! We went to Citi a few years ago, the four of us, and it is really beautiful. I've never been to Yankee Stadium, the old or new. LD went there with the baseball team when he was in HS. He said it was very cool.

No one was seriously hurt in our game... Jayson Nix hurt his hand when he slid back into 1st on a pick off attempt.

But he played the rest of the game.

Not sure about Texas Rangers.

I meant NY Rangers, lol, hockey.

It was kind of a big deal for some of my die-hard Ranger fan relatives. They got eliminated yesterday.
