Finally! A real hiking trip
The river bed
View from the rim:
Fossilized worm holes:
Sauropod (brontosaur relative) tracks:
Therapod (t-rex relative)
See the long trough? It's thought to be a 'tail drag'

You are important and you matter. Your feelings matter. Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your life matters. Always.

I wanted to hike with DD when she was home from school but it was too cold and snowy!

I LOVE Dinosaur Valley! I took my kiddos there a few years ago, and the look on their faces when they got to walk in a dinosaur foot print was absolutely priceless!
Have you been to the Mammoth Site in Waco?

Awesome pics! I wish I could bring my son there. He wants to be a paleontologist. I don't think I'd be able to drag him out of there.
