Unless something else grabs me completely once I bring him home, the current name idea is "Cobber". I understand that's Aussie slang for "pal" or "buddy" and since this little guy is an Aussie Terrier, it seemed perfect.

Yes! That has not escaped me and I think of it as a real plus. All my past big dogs left me in the dust (and I ain't gettin' any younger). These guys can run but hopefully not quite as fast as the long-legged dogs do.
