We have a very high profile case developing here in Ontario. Tim Bosma left his big country home in the rolling farmland of rural Ancaster (about an hour from Toronto) last Monday night to give two men a test drive of his pickup truck, a vehicle hed advertised online. His body was found burned. Police have arrested one man--a supposedly upstanding member of a well-respected Ontario aviation family.

So sad. He has a wife and a 2-year-old daughter. Not many details out yet.

Yes, Lynn, this is so sad and so, so senseless!

....and all because of a truck???!!!!

The police, apparently, have video evidence....another vehicle was following Tim and the supposed buyers. It seems he was targetted.
More info will be shared soon by the police.
What a horrible thing to happen to this young man and his family....and all for a truck???!!!

I suspect we will find that the truck is the least of the story.

Just saw the lawyer for the accused. Only statement was that there was much more to the story that would all come out. I guess we are headed for another high priced legal circus. No TV coverage of this one however.

It's obvious I think that this wasn't just about a truck. Unless the suspect has run his family business into the ground, he wouldn't need to steal a truck. In fact, he has a truck of his own. No, there's definitely more there. Around here, speculation runs from thrill kills to drug ops. The suspect is refusing to cooperate, though, so we may never know. Tim's wife was on TV yesterday. She was so brave, but so heart-rending.
