On a scale of one to ten... what does your underwear drawer look like?
One being folded, neatly sorted, separated by type of item. Ten being total disarray. Five might mean that socks are separate from undies, but neither is organized.
Here's an example of a one:
And here's an example of a ten (okay, maybe an eight...the internet is apparently ashamed to be messy!):

I'm a seven or so. Nothing gets folded. Socks are sometimes near their mate but rarely actually together. Zones are pretty nebulous, with crumpled camis creating a sort-of barrier between socks (on one side) and undies/bras on the other. I think my swimsuit is buried underneath it all (maybe?). Recently I was looking for my strapless bra and discovered a whole bunch of brand new underwear I'd bought, shoved in the back, and forgotten about.

Mine starts as a 1, but eventually turns into a 10.
No one changes unless they want to. Not if you beg them. Not if you shame them. Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love. There is only one thing that makes someone change: their own realization that they need to.

Well my dresser has three separate drawers for each at the top, so they're easier to categorize.
That being said, I have 30 points worth of disorganization given that each drawer looks like a bomb hit it.

Mine is always a 10 because I have way too pairs of undies, bras and sockies, and they are stuffed inside the drawer.
Now, I love that idea of having dividers/containers. I may just have to try that and clean out the "old" stuff while I'm at it.
Thanks!

Do you ladies fold your undies? I grew up in a household where we were required to fold them (and in a specific manner) but I gave that up when I moved out of my OCD mom's house... I'm lucky if they make it into the drawer instead of in a pile on top of the dresser after laundry day.
Okay...maybe I'm a 10.

Everything is folded or mated neatly.

I love polls!!! I'm about a 7. My bras and panties have a drawer all to them selves and they are intermingled with each other,... kind of like a mixer party or something.... My cami's have a drawer all to themselves too and there isn't quite the chaos in there. Socks..... oh that is a fiesta all it's own!
They have their own drawer too and they hold some wicked wild parties in there. I swear I can hear music thumping from in there at night....

Ummmm I'm a 1.... I can't stand messy drawers...
Completely normal. I understand that is one of the basic drives behind potty training.
Mine would be a zero, because I just have a few laundry baskets for clean clothes, and when I wear them they go into a hamper, and when a basket is empty I can wash whats in the hamper.
ETA: If I run out of something before I have an empty basket to put the clean laundry in, I go to Walmart.

This is me too, except I have 2 drawers of absolute mess (one undies/bras and the other socks/belts).
The remaining three drawers are very neat, with all of the shirts and other assorted clothing items nicely folded.
ETA:
My husband often laughs at me and says that between my stuffed closets and overstuff drawers, I could easily go 3 months without doing laundry and not wear a single item twice.
I'm not sure he's wrong....

everything has their own drawer, except socks and jammies share a drawer.
Bras are a 1. Panties a 10 utter chaos in that drawer. Sock and jammies don't mingle and socks do not go in the drawer unless matched. I don't like looking for mates.
Everything else is fairly organized. Once it gets put away.

Wow, not too many middle-of-the-roaders on this topic! I would say I am a 3.5 for the underwear drawer and all the other drawers too. I like organization but it's not over the top into OCD territory.

socks have their own drawer. They are rolled into pairs but tossed in higgledy piggledy. Underwear and bras share a drawer and are just tossed in. I guess that makes me a 5?

I think I'm a 5 too. Socks/hose/tights and camis each have their own drawer. The socks are paired up, but tossed in. Bras and undies are together, but not well organized. My mother is probably OCD. However, if it's out of the laundry basket, and in some drawer (any drawer!) I feel I've accomplished something.

About a 3. Socks are mated and in their own half of the drawer, next to folded undies. They are piles are not neat, though. Bras are folded and in their own drawer next to folded camis but do not stay in neat piles either.
