What the heck are some of you talking about? People leave their cheaters all the time! And yes some with toddlers and newborns! And no where did she say he did not see his kid! She said he had no interactions with her! Some of you are reading into this to suit you point of view. Just stick whit what she has posted and not speculate into what is not in her post.

That's exactly what I did, I must have missed the bit that said he blanked her except for contact about/with his young kids! You have your interpretation, I have mine.

I find it interesting how everyone seems to take something a little different from the story. I can't tell if it's real or fake, although I feel if it was fake it would have probably been longer and more detailed.

What I took from it was the husband did what a lot of WS should do but understandably can't. He acted quickly, decisively, and effectively. He told her what he wasn't going to tolerate and just went dark with her. Which is pretty much the most effective way of knocking a WS out of the fog outside of serving them with divorce papers.

I must agree, And not only this. He let her know he would be fine with or without her. I think he was doing what he needed to do to both heal and position himself for a life without her....

So my question; did the husband become all of sudden hotter after he left?

It's really quite simple, It's easy to get into a rut when you are married. Some times you start to take what you have for granted. I am sure in her affair ridden mind her husband leaving was the furthest thing form her mind! Her focus was on this new guy. Basically her husband came along and though a bucket of cold water in her face! The old saying is true. You never appreciate what you have, Until you are about to loose it! It is more common than you think. I call it affair fever....
