High recommendation this book. It is not about fitness but about achieving your goals.
She isn't mean in the book.
Very good especially for those coming through divorce or any other type of NB.
She admits to having night terrors and being in therapy since age 5.
I'm only about 1/4 the way through it, great book.

Wow! No wonder why she is so good at motivating the hopeless on Biggest Loser. Funny thing, she was somewhat of an enigma to me, highly successful, very fit, but mostly, I really appreciated her "normalness", i.e. regular workout clothes, etc. She never pushed "sexiness" as part of her game.
I want to read this one.

I bought this book the other night because of this thread. I have only read a few pages, but I'm amazed already by the fact that she does other things other than yell at people!
Hopefully reading her book will be me out of my funk and busy again. Only 3 weeks left of work, then 2 months to get my act together!
