I just started reading Steering Clear last night. It seems like it will be really helpful in determining the 'why' or the motivation(s) and avoiding pitfalls. I'm very happy to have been pointed to it by a previous post here.
Are there any other books that are recommended for the WS to aid in discovering the 'why' and/or any additional help?
