About the therapeutic affects of spending time outdoors and interacting with other species like plants and animals. It includes lots of studies.

Scientists have discovered that we have more than 5 senses. There are 14. People who spend time in nature develop them much more easily than people who don't.

People healing from trauma, depression and anxiety show marked improvement when they spend time in nature. Some psychotherapists, doctors, and psychiatrists are prescribing 'ecotherapy'. Scientist refer to it as Vitamin N for nature. Essential to health.

Fascinating and affirming of what I've experienced my whole life.
