How are "Stop Walking on Eggshells" by Paul Mason and "I Hate You--Don't Leave Me" by Jerold J. Kreisman? Are there any other titles that are recommended?

I read both and even got the Eggshells accompanying workbook. Both books if I remember correctly felt were geared more toward someone staying in a relationship with a Borderline. There wasn't much helpful to me on leaving one or co parenting with one.
If you are R or if this is for help with dealing with friend or other family member maybe they will be helpful to you.

I read the eggshells book for my older sister who hasn't been diagnosed but how else to explain her bizarre and cruel behavior?
I found it somewhat helpful. I think there is a range of behaviors with BPD and so some of them fit and some didn't. But overall is was clearly written.
