In addition to being a "BS", I am also a voracious reader.
Just wanted to recommend "A Tree Grows In Brooklyn" by Betty Smith.
A 1943 novel that's still a good read :)

I just finished that a couple days ago! It was such an amazing book. I hated that it had to end.

I remember my dad talking about this book years & years ago. My DD recently read it & keeps asking me if I've read it yet. Sounds like one I need to pick up.

I read that one when I was a kid. I think it's time to pick it up again!
DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.
