Anyone read this book? OMG, I am soooooo hooked on it. It's like I'm dying to find out what happens, but I'll be sad when the book is over.

I am rivited, for sure. It may not be for those somewhat close to d-day, tho. So far, there's not a lot of A stuff, but there is infidelity. It's mostly about a wife that goes missing on their 5th anniversary.

Man, I'm hooked!

I could not put this book down and finished it yesterday. Definitely a page turner. Still not sure how I feel about the ending, but full of surprises.

This book was highlighted in our Sunday paper today. Putting it on my nook wish list.

I read this book and loved it, I just wanted to put out there that later in the book there is stuff that might trigger people. I wasn't prepared for it and it was a little unsettling at first.

I can't seem to find this book ANYWHERE!!! Amazon says they have a pre-order for November, 2012. My two local libraries have like a 3 week wait list on it.

Any ideas where in the world I can get a copy (preferably cheaper).

Wish I could loan you mine, but I downloaded it to my Kindle. Don't understand Amazon having it on backorder for THAT long either.

ETA: Here's a link to the ones on ebay:

I downloaded it to my Kindle the day I heard them talking about it on NPR. I haven't started it yet because 50 Shades of S&M got in my way! I'm sure GG will be much more thought provoking!

2kids,

I just went to amazon and they have it in stock for $13.98. Are you searching for the one by Gillian Flynn?

Yes, that's where I went but didn't see any. Maybe I didn't put in the title right, although I did see some on back order.

I don't have a kindle and probably never will, so a hard copy (physical copy) is needed.

Thanks for the input. I'll check out ebay.

Amazon has it in stock. But strangely, today it's $15. Anyway, here's the link:

Read it, loved it! Even with the infidelity angle, I thought it was well/accurately handled.

Yes, definitely not a book for someone who is new to our sitch! I'm hardened and crusty so it doesn't phase me.

I keep seeing this book pop up here. I have almost ordered it and read all the reviews on Amazon but it sounds like so many things I've watched on crime TV.

So before I spend the money can someone tell me why what is different about it? What made it worthwhile for you to read?
