Looking for a book that talks about the pain and shock of d-day, the roller coaster emotions of WHs fog and the struggle of R written by someone who has been there rather than a therapist.
Any suggestions please?
Married 20 years.
1st D-day my birthday 2010
2nd D-day our 20th wedding anniversary

"Healing Your Marriage. When Trust Is Broken" by Cindy Beall. "Beyond Ordinary" by Justin & Trisha Davis (written by the WS and the BS). Both are Christian based though.
