Is it unreasonable to request no porn in the home our children live in? And to have all computers monitored?
If he needs his shit, couldn't he get his own place where the kids can't stumble onto something damaging? I believe most of his internet activities took place where one of my kids was sleeping while I took care of the other who has anxiety and sleeping troubles.
edited to say: requesting this in the separation agreement.

This is probably not going to fly, unless he is a convicted sex offender. Way too many privacy issues here. Plus, how would you enforce it?

Unfortunately, I think Tesla is right.
Crappy, yes, but practically unenforceable even IF you could sneak it into the seperation agreement.

That's what I figured. Guess I gotta let go a bit and hope WS is smart enough to hide his activities from them.

My D specifies that computers that kids have access to should have parental control software. My L said that was standard language in my state. However, I have never put any on my computer because I personally monitor my DD's activity.

We have that issue too and also when DD visits with STBXH at relatives, some of them have porn there. It's also on phones nowadays as well.
We had a thing happen that was the biggest red flag in false R where its not porn but DD was using his computer to play her kid games and up popped one of the dating websites!
He had claimed he was no longer on them, yet there it was!
I did a faker to see what they are -I didn't even put my picture-but when I deleted it, it never comes up again so I believe he was lying?
So anyway, I am with you on the idea but suspect Tesla's post is right to think about.
