I hope he finds the support and people here as helpful as I have.

If your SO is on SI too, did it help or inhibit?

It has saved us. He seems to understand things better if he reads them, and reading from both views has truly helped him. He didn't really "get it" when he first joined, but has gradually gotten better. Reading other's posts bring it home for him.

I'm glad he joined up. Maybe he will see the destruction he has caused and finally "get it"

I joined first and told him about the site and he joined. I think it does help because the ws can read how their actions effected their spouses life, feeling, emotions, etc. i have learned a Lot from other members. I know it help me greatly to know I wasn't crazy or alone. That my feeling were normal.

oh well.. in my case, WW found SI and told me..

coming to your question, IMO this site is an amazing support for BSs, but an absolute necessity for WSs. A WS being here is the best thing for them personally and if the couple wants to R.

so, if he can man up and get the courage to keep on posting, it will be a big help..

Big help for both of us.

There's so much wisdom and support on here and it's pretty much 24/7.

I'm so grateful for the people who've stuck around or returned to pay it forward to the rest of us.

It has helped us incredibly. I credit this forum with helping us communicate about his A's and infidelity in general.

And, when he first posted, he got a few healthy 2X4's from the WW's which helped pull his head out of his backside.

Yeah, mine joined, too. Only problem is that he doesn't think it's helpful or relevant in his case. He never posts and it frustrates me, to say the least.

I think that he doesn't post because there's still things he hasn't told me. It's been 9 years. Yeah, he only joined to keep me from leaving.

Hopefully, you'll have better luck.

Just HOW stupid do you think I am, exactly?
