New Beginnings :
Waiting for good news = depression?

I have been struggling with a low grade case of depression for at least two weeks now. I can't quite put my finger on why.

Technically I think I should be happy. I'm about to get a job offer for a job I'm very excited about. But the offer has "been coming" for at least a week or two now.

Can it just be the waiting that's wearing me down? Coming to my current job, which I dislike immensely, has become exceedingly difficult.

I hate the vagueness of this feeling.

(((not)))

It could be a combination of both. Waking up each morning hoping that you will get the offer and then having to wait another day is rough. Your spirits start high and then the waiting drives you nuts all day (or at least that is just me). I hope you get the call today. Please do something nice for yourself today. Sending you job mojo.

I am supposed to get my offer this morning. I found this out yesterday and have been feeling MUCH better knowing it was finally coming.

Now I'm just sitting here staring at my phone.
