RIP

She was 84. Best known for her portrayal of Katherine Chancellor on The Young and The Restless.

You are funny, JKL. Did you watch the "Young and Restless"? I did, way back in the day. Mrs. Chancellor murdered her first husband. Never was held accountable for it. And, as the decades went on, she became someone to be admired and looked up to. She became the Grande Dame. But, I always thought of her as a murderer. Phillip Chancellor didn't deserve to get murdered.

eta: Corbin Bernsen is her son. I really like him. He was in "L.A. Law" and is now on "Psych". I really enjoy his acting.

Yes, Sister, I did watch Y and R. I didn't know about the murder part. Myabe before my time. Soap operas are funny. Like on Days, Roman and Kate ended up married for a minute. Hello Romna, do you remember that this is the woman who sent your daughter to death row?

I remember when they incorporated her IRL face lift with one for Kay in the '80's.

This above all: to thine ownself be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou canst not then be false to any man.
