Guys I'm desperate here. I need major major mojo asap.
SO and I are trying to buy a house. It has been extremely stressful, and to add to that we're running up close on the time we need to be out of our respective current abodes. And it seemed like our timing was off, there were a ton of houses on the market right before we got pre-approved and then the all sold and pickings are slim.
All of a sudden last week the perfect house for us came on the market. We both love it. We had an offer in within 4 days of it being listed. The market is crazy here and things move fast. And then...
A counter offer. Then we made a counter. Then they made another counter. Etc, etc.
We just gave them our "final offer" counter counter offer. I am terrified. I'm a total "if it's meant to be" person but this house has had so many "meant to be" signs and now I don't know what's going to happen.
Please, please, if you have any SI mojo to spare, please send me house buying mojo. Please send mojo that they accept our final offer. Thank you so much in advance!

WH#2 (SorryinSac)- Killed himself (May 2015) in our home 6 days after being served divorce docs.
XWH #1 - legally married 18yrs. 12+ OW (that I know of).
