I just got something forward to me from my attorney that came from asshat's attorney.

On it they had my birthday wrong!! Off by one day.

My whole marriage was like that.

He put that on our medical insurance. Everytime I went to the doctor I had to explain to them that my husband can't get my birthday right.

After 32 years he STILL Can't

get it right.

Goodbye & Good Riddance, Asshat!!

Are we married to the same man? On draft number 1 of sep agreement, WH had told his L the wrong birthday (including year!) for DD.

Real winner, that one.

Child's name misspelled on one of our forms.

His lawyer's clerk was really inept though, so I'm not sure who thought it was an "e" not an "a".

The state forced my ex to provide healthcare for the kids through his job.

He got their birthdays wrong.

Granted, it's not like he ever really noticed their existence, but I had to laugh, standing at the pharmacy to get antibiotics for my daughter and be told I couldn't use the insurance cards - which were fought long and hard for - because he couldn't remember a freaking birthday.

Thankfully, the pharmacist knew me and called the insurance company and straightened it out. $75 dollar prescription down to $10.

Useless. Some of them are completely failing at any part of the "being human" experience.

Amazing.

There's no chance this is a sabotage tactic, is there? to inconvience the BS?

My father used to do it, though and it drove my mother insane when he missed a birthday. 40 years and a divorce later, she remembers every one he forgot. Now, he doesn't miss a-one, but it's "the kids". The birthday she got a bicycle and scale were among the last. (snicker)

Oh no, not in this case. He really doesn't know. He doesn't know the kids either.

Oh that's classic! Loser indeed, and good riddance selfish jerk! You deserve soooo much better!

My ex could never remember our daughter's birthday, and she still tells me he can't. In his defense he's been so occupied with his dick getting serviced by whores the last ten years of her life how could he be expected to remember something as trivial as his last child's birth date! Lol

You're not alone! He sounds like a real tool.

Mine got the wedding date wrong on the separation agreement and then had the nerve to text me and ask if I'd pay to have it redone. WTF!

Sometimes you have to stand alone, just to make sure you still can.

I was married to XWH#1 for 20+yrs. He never spelled my name right. He always left the "e" off the end. He decided he was father of the year during our D and wanted to fight me for custody of my DS8. He couldn't even get his birthday right on any of the paperwork. It had to be totally redone. He didn't work, had no insurance, and drew a small SSI check since in his 20's for a back injury that he claimed never got better. He could out work and out lift me, but chose not to work. Of course he couldn't be bothered to watch our son while I worked. I had to pay for day care until he started school. Then he turned into father of the year because he wanted child support and alimony from me. Yeah dumb ass that's happening. NOT!!!
