Ive begun investigating and when I checked the cell phone records, I found that she contacted OM on tuesday, just a couple hours after I told the GF of OM about the A, on facebook. I conclude that the WW was on my facebook. That's probably why she defriended and blocked me on facebook around the same time.
Even if you might reconcile, change your passwords on everything immediately.

Done. I try not to check email on the laptop because I'm worried he's still got spy programs on it. I've had to check it once or twice, and every time, I want to reset it.
The programs were apparently because he thought I was cheating? Projection there.
