(I am reposting this here because I did not get any replies in the Investigative Forum)
--I can't hear half of my WS VAR recording. Is there someplace online or anywhere, some service to send them the recording and they will be able to figure out more of what is being said? Thanks much for any suggestions.

What type of var is it? If it's tape, it might be able to be cleaned up. I have seen police shows where they've cleaned up audio and video qualities. I don't know who you would take that too but maybe google it and see.
Digital I have no clue. Maybe try googling.
