Or I should say I re-met someone. I was dating him back in October for a few months, and because he was talking about moving to another state, I kind of ran [because I didn't want a long distance relationship]. A mistake I still regret. Anyway, he friend requested me on facebook almost a month ago, and I sat on it for a week or two before I accepted his request. Then we started talking and it was like we just clicked again. I missed him more than I wanted to admit to myself.
We had our second first date on Saturday and it was a great night. We didn't really do anything special, but it was just being with each other that was enough. We're seeing each other again on Friday.
I usually vent about XWH and I just wanted to post something happy for a change. My new beginning started a long time ago, and it just keeps getting better.

That's great lostmommy! So much of dating is about timing, it's good that you were able to reconnect when you were in a better place.
