I like science fiction, so I've been watching Battlestar Galactica on Netflix. I saw it years ago, so I knew there was lots of infidelity in it. But I like the show so I wanted to watch it again.

To my delight I'm not feeling any triggers at all. I'm sure a big reason why is because I knew it was coming. But also I'm healed enough to see the dysfunction in the relationships, able to dissect the conversations & situations and see just where things are wrong, how I would have reacted long ago contrasted with how I react & think now.

I actually am getting better. Wow.
