Today I put all the anger and crap behind me in the name of DS'happiness. I invited the ex to come to the movies with us today. He is heading out of town tomorrow and wanted to take DS to the movies..the sme movie we want to take him to. So I suggested we all go together..me, bf, ex & DS.
I deserve cookies and wine today.

D-day 06/21/09
Separated....hopefully divorcing soon.

Well we all went to see despicable me 2. It was very pleasant, good coversation and DS got to see his parents act as friends,
My only bone of contention was he was, as far as I understood, supposed to take DS with him after the movie...however he showed up on his motorcycle 
He picked him up for supper later though, so that is better than nothing...and I didn't say a thing.
I am proud of myself and even his dorkness, for putting DS first and being able to act as parents ....cookies all around
