I'm sitting at about a 6 now, which is a dull ache punctuated with infrequent sharp pangs of ice.

Don't need a pill for this. I can ride this out. If it hits a 9 again like it did yesterday, I'm going to go all chemistry. If not, I stay on the wagon today.
