Well it happened again, My intuition said something was up, it was right. I went downstairs and caught him having a conversation with his girlfriend. I'm numb

Hey inmisery1... Happy birthday!!! Knowing is better than living in lies. You just got your present. It just was thrown at you hard and hit you in the stomach. But, someday, no matter how things turn out, you may send a thank you note... You deserve better!
Take care of yourself

I am so sorry that you are facing this again. How cruel can a person be?
You DO deserve better.
Sorry that you learned of this on your birthday.

My first D-Day was on my son's 8th birthday. He turned 15 yesterday and it still nearly smothered me just remembering... (Having a new, recent D-Day didn't help either.) It's bad enough to have so many ruined memories and days, but to have them coincide with a time that should be happy and special is just nine kinds of wrong.
I'm so sorry, IM. I don't know exactly how you feel but I can imagine. I wish I could give you a hug! We are here for you.
