Yesterday I came across a link in a thread here - it was to another SI thread where someone had written a VERY helpful and lengthy article for WS to help them understand their BS' behavior. Now I can't find it to save my life, nor can I remember who wrote it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Not Joseph's Letter but sort of similar.
