This is my last weekend before school starts. *sniff*
And I don't have Teslet this weekend. *double sniff*
And I have to write a paper for my master's class. *cracks open beer*
So paper writing, cleaning, and maybe a movie for me this weekend.

Wound up having to work late tonight :( So I just got home and am cooking dinner.
Saturday I have a long training run in the morning, then I'm volunteering at the parrot rescue and visiting with a friend after. Maybe going to a festival after that, but I'll probably just want to come home.
Sunday I'll run a bit, I have a haircut (long overdue) and I need to do some things around the house.
I will probably accomplish nowhere near what I want to do!

Tomorrow is my last Saturday for school at least.
One more Friday after tonight; fifteen more minutes until we head home today.

Original Play Festival at my theatre this weekend (tonight and Saturday night), then on Sunday, "Thanksgiving" for a friend who is moving to the mainland. That will be both fun and difficult at the same time. She is my first (and only) really close friend since I moved here and I'm going to miss her like crazy.
Hopefully, will be able to squeeze a trip to the beach in there somewhere as well as sneak back to the house to take more of my things.

Well, I just got home from 9 hours of class today
and am about to pop into a hot bath and an early bedtime. Tomorrow, I need to write a paper, or two, or three
before I pick up my kids for dinner. I was hoping to have some time off, but with the kids home this summer I need to work while they are with their dad.
I guess my getting dumped by SO a few weeks ago was good timing. I'm too busy for a BF!

Working church ministry this morning. Preparing food for those attending Sunday services.
Either a workout or hilly trail ride this afternoon. All depends on the weather.
Church this evening then some Preaseason Football.
Tomorrow after weigh-in, boating with friends and my roomie then some brunch with a Bloody. Probably just chill after that.

I went to a cool nearby town called Bisbee with some friends, had an awesome meal at a small Italian restaurant and bought the coolest old art deco clock at an antique store. I think I might start collecting old clocks. I'm back home now and my brother and I are working on tomorrow's hangover.

I'm nursing a foster dog who was found with a broken leg. They think she was hit by a car. The local vet school put a plate in her leg to stabilize the fracture, and the rescue org had a volunteer driver deliver her to me today. She has bed rest orders and a whole pharmacy of meds to go with it.
Oh, and my landlord/owner of the property where I'm a caretaker, returns for 8 weeks tomorrow.
I am going to need a beer to go with this weekend too.
