the husband lost his job.
awesome sauce.
He didn't lose the job because of the A but his brain has been off in la la land since the A and I think he just slipped.
He applied for the GM gig last year (right around the A) and it was given to someone else with less experience and knowledge. That person has tried for months to get rid of the husband. Well after some ridiculous charges she did.

I am so sorry, cuppacoffee.
FWH was laid off a couple of weeks after d-day. (Not affair related.)
It turned out to be a very wonderful thing as I was a stay at home mom so we spent 24/7 together. Also, our child was older, 14 at the time and in school.
We had intense HB, read books, we talked, went to MC, dated , spent a lot of time together. We discovered each other all over again. Remembered why we fell in love. We would just go to all kinds of parks and walk and talk. We played naked board games in bed. ('cause we were kind of trying to just live on unemployment and not use savings/retirement) We would go out to have just one drink (happy hour) or a cup of coffee instead of dinner. Went to matinee's at the theatre and oftentimes were the only ones there, so we would make out and feel each other up!
That being said, I am sending new job mojo to your husband. (((cuppa)))

I'm so sorry about the job loss, although not at all about the fact that he won't be able to see skank every day at work. My FWH lost his job too, last week. I have to say, if it weren't for that lack of money coming in thang, then I would be completely enjoying this. I love having him at home. Or thereabouts. Bat Rastard is out sailing now while I'm home laid up with a sciatic nerve flareup. On MY boat, where *I* was supposed to be sailing this afternoon!
Imagine a ship trying to set sail while towing an anchor. Cutting free is not a gift to the anchor. You must release that burden, not because the anchor is worthy, but because the ship is.

She claimed he tried to scorch the oven with hot water, breaking the ice machine (which is not broken), giving employees his card for clocking in and out.
She wrote him up about twos tha ago for not double checking another managers work.
He was on fmla and decided at 3 am to quit before they fired him.
I'm scared and cranky.
