My beautiful little girl is in first grade. I have actually been looking forward to her going back to school. We moved overseas a couple months ago and she only has one friend. I think school will help a lot in the friend department. Plus, I've been looking forward to a little "me" time. But dropping her off at the bus today was hard. It's been a half hour and I miss her. I didn't think it would bother me this much since I've been through it before when she went to kindergarten. I was wrong. My H is being his usual self...no compassion. Ugh. Is it 3pm yet?!

Just imagine her talking to new people and maybe even finding her next best friend today.
