Ex spent all his time telling the boys and I EVERYTHING we wanted was too expensive. We only had money for things he wanted.

After he left, the kids wanted to go to Niagara Falls, but, it was just not manageable, I told them I wanted to take them, but, I couldn't, but, I was going to take them. I promised them.

So, I've spent years throwing dollar bills and change into a jar. The kids didn't bring it up anymore. I counted it all out recently.

I have enough for a rental car, the gas, food, a hotel, and a few of the touristy things. I told Aussie he may wanna take a couple vacation days. We're spending Labor Day weekend in Niagara.

The kids are ecstatic, they said "mom, you promised and we're going!" I'm pretty excited about it too.

Fantastic Weatherly! I wish I had the time to drive down and meet you!

One warning...I happen to know Slo-Pitch Provincial Championships are going on down there this weekend...so watch out for those in baseball gear!

If you can afford it and have time, do the maid of the mist. It's a boatride under the falls. The kids will never forget it. Also, the wax museum will have lots of figures of people they would know.

	Enjoy!!

Faithfool..isn't it funny, I just assumed she meant the Canadian side! The American side of Niagara Falls isn't as built up as it should be, with this natural wonder. Never even occured to me she might not be on the Canadian side.

Me too, DM. I just assumed the Canadian side.

And with the attractions you have mentioned Weatherly it's definately the Canadian side. I did the same package with ex when his aunt visited from Europe.

Maid of the Mist is a blast and the White Water Walk was a little scary for me since the water level was pretty high.

Clifton Hill has a ferris wheel that goes so high it overlooks the falls. It was fantastic at night as well.

	Have a great time Weatherly!!!

ETA: Prepare to get wet!!! All of those attractions are potential soakers.
