Last month we clearly stated we did not want a dwelling coverage increase of 6k as we felt it was already too high at what it was. We signed and returned the documents we were told we needed to.

Today I noticed they never corrected the issue and it screws up the mortgage escrow that I have been fighting to fix most of the year due to a tax error from last year. At this point, $15 more to the escrow account for a shortage is more than can be spared from the monthly budget. I am so tired of fighting to keep a payment where it is supposed to be. The lady apologized for the confusion but honestly had she read the original request properly this could have all been avoided.

Sorry I just needed to vent and I didn't think my toddler would understand lol.

(((feel)))

Ugh. I'm sorry. Sometimes toddlers make more sense than adults.
