If you had read my previous posts, you know I have been suffering from anxiety since MC. My anxiety hits in the morning and evening.

I am in a foreign country with no "real" friends. I had my first psych consultation and she has me on low dosage of Zoloft. I have reached out to 2 very dear friends back in the US. Just telling them lifted so much off me. Just talking about it- getting it out has brought me some relief. Here's to starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I WILL NOT drink the Kool Aid.

Its great that you have people you trust to share this with. It is to much to carry alone. Keep talking and sharing.

Chicho- it really has. I was riding on a high the rest of the day. I was even able to really enjoy my children last night.

Unfortunately it hit me again at 4:30am. It was getting so bad I even "blurted" everything to a friend here in China. It was morning hours we were walking back from dropping our kids off and I was really feeling the anxiety kick in. She invited me to her home and I told her everything. To my surprise her spouse had been unfaithful to her in the past, so she could really understand. I told he about the possibility of our marriage ending. My fears...she was very comforting. She is a religious woman and offered godly insight and even prayed with me.
