WH and I were driving with the kids on Saturday, an area that we haven't been to in years. Memories came back, and I connected things that I hadn't before. I started triggering that I started shaking. WH looked down and asked what I was doing and why. I didn't realize that I was digging my nails into my arm.
It's been a while since that happened. I hate how it just hits so fast and so hard sometimes. Especially when I'm trapped with him, and can't just walk away.
