I have seen this so many times over the last few days that I cannot believe it, I mean to see it once in a while I could "let it go" but to see it daily and perhaps more than once daily lately is making my mind explode.
I live in a population of about 150,000 there is about 3 million about an hour north of here so up there I could see this maybe happening more, but.....
Cars in the wrong lane to turn or take an exit just stop, complete stop until someone lets them over where they want to go. I look at plates and they are all "local", perhaps from out of town, but definitely not out of state.
I get making a mistake, but around here you do not have to drive an hour out of your way if you miss your exit.
If I get in the wrong lane, I just keep on going and go around the block, or whatever until I can get where I wanted to be, I do not make all the other drivers wait for my mistake.
Seriously, the main reason I noticed all these was the traffic in the one lane was at a stand still and getting longer and longer, thought there might have been an accident due to the back up, get closer and see one car with no cars ahead of it for nearly a mile with their blinker on just waiting to go where they want while everyone else sat still behind them.
Is this the way to do it? Have I missed something? Do I live in too small a town so I am narrow minded in this? Am I wrong to think this is dangerous and selfish?
We have a tendency to think the love offered us is a reflection of our worth and value. But in actuality,it's a reflection of the person that is giving it.We love out of who WE are-not because of who the receiver is.At least in terms of real love.TSMF
