Just wanted to post that thought....it means a considerable amount to me as I look inside myself and change that which needs to be changed...then feel the positive affects afterwards...sometimes a month or two later.
I pray I keep this thought in mind as I struggle daily with motivation to keep growing....

This is so true. Some of my secrets were actually HIS secrets that I was keeping in order for him to keep his image as a good person. The last 2-3 years (I've been divorced from NPDXH for 10 years) have seen me NOT keeping his lies to anyone. And those others have NOW come to see the truth and there are consequences to his actions. Thankfully, I have apologized for keeping HIS secrets, I did it out of love and not wanting to cause those who love him any more pain.
Today on my newsfeed I posted the following:
The only people who are mad at you for speaking the truth are those people who are living a lie.
