I love Monterey and environs. This is only one of the reasons.

I would rather be living in CO ! Someday I will.
Most people don't realize this time of year on Northern CA coast is the best time to be here. The beaches are warmer than in the summer and less tourists.

I've been to Northern California a couple of times during the fall, gma. Beautiful time of year. I miss the moisture, and the fresh dungeness crab.
We do have a beautiful state here in CO. It's just lacking in moisture and whales. We do have some really beautiful sunsets over the mountains and really spectacular scenery, though.
I've never been to Monteray Bay. We did make it to Half Moon Bay earlier this year, which I thought was really nice.
