Just wondering if there is an app that I can download that can be used to block all calls and text messages?
I know there are alot out there but many of the reviews say they don't work or you still get alerted when a call or text was blocked. Or they don't work if you are on another call and they beep in...
There has to be one out there that someone has used and has found it to work?
Or do you have any other suggestions to implement NC?

Some mobile providers offer a way to block numbers from contact - for a while at least.
Verizon does. You need to go to your account on their website or create one when you go to their website. Numbers can be blocked for 90 days. And you can re-do a block when that period is up.
I have read that AT&T does not allow this.
You can find out quickly.

Hi Merlin,
Thank you. I wish I had Verizon...
My provider does NOT offer this. I called them today.
It would be very difficult for me to change my number because it is the number I use for my business.
I have been reading about so many apps but alot of them have mixed reviews.... just wondered if anyone has ever tried an app for this and had good results?

Try to block his number from your provider's website. If that doesn't work or isn't allowed....check the settings on your phone. You may be able to set his number to a *silent* ring-tone.
If all else fails, then just turn your phone off when you aren't using it......
If none of that works....tell him that if he doesn't stop contacting you, that you will get a restraining order against him.

If you have an iPhone with ios7 installed you can block numbers. First make sure to remove the caller from your address book. You can't block them if they're in there. Then go to "recent calls" (it can be missed or answered) and tap the "i" out to the right of the number. Scroll to the bottom of the page that opens and select the option to block the caller.

If you have an iPhone, you can block a contact from being able to text or call you.
If you use gmail for your email, you can set up so that any of his emails go straight to your trash.
